Apply for a VISA

For international participants, you are encouraged to apply for your US visa early

Please fill out this form (click here) if you need an invitation letter from us for your US visa application. We will only issue you a letter if (i) you have submitted an abstract or (ii) completed the online registration for IWSHM 2019. Your request will be processed shortly, and you will receive a signed invitation letter in your email. If you need a hardcopy of your visa letter, please first purchase Expedited Mail Service from our registration webpage and email your request to fontanilla@stanford.edu.
